We put the old code behind interfaces with tests around it, keep the old routes working at the edge, and move traffic to a clean, modern architecture a piece at a time. The system keeps running throughout, with no big-bang rewrite.
We join them with APIs and event streaming, using tools like Kafka, EventBridge and queues, so each part can change without breaking the rest.
We build agents and skills that do it. We use them in our own delivery and build them for engineering teams.
